Work principle:
Safety valve is calibration one specific pressure by adjust gland nut.calibration pressure is the max.safety pressure in order to avoid equipment damage.Under the normal working pressure,the valve is close:When the pressure of system beyond the calibration pressure,the valve will be open .The pressure in the pipeline system get release,thus protect the pipeline and equipment.
Air compressor safety valve is a kind of automatic pressure relief protection device opened by the inlet static pressure, it is to prevent equipment and container abnormal conditions under the pressure too high explosion and set up safety device.
When the pressure in the equipment exceeds the allowable value, the safety valve opens automatically, then the full volume (full opening) discharge, when the pressure is reduced to the specified value, the safety valve automatically closes to protect the safety of the equipment.General air compressor valve is installed above the oil and gas separation cylinder, air compressor in the normal pressure is normal state of the relief valve is closed, problems of the machine under the condition of rising pressure relief valve will automatically open, release the pressure of oil and gas inside the bowl, to prevent the occurrence of an accident, machine pressure high general relief valve opening pressure is higher than rated pressure of the air compressor 0.1 MP.

| For Raw Materials |
1. Material control from raw materials. For raw material checking, we check 100% by chemical liquid. Any property mistakes would be rejected. 2. Sand hole inspection after raw materials are machining before polishing. 3. Carbon component report can be provided if needed 4. Mechanics test report can be provided if needed |
| For New products | 5. 2nos of new samples to be checked against technical drawing. Testing report is provided to customers before bulk production. |
For finished materials |
6. For valves, pressure testing and temperature testing is required for each valve. 7. After we get the finished products, we check for surface roughness, thickness equality, roundness, size measurement and sand holes again. 8. For all finished products, the checking quantity is not less than 10% of total quantity. 9. Before shipment, we check for the quantity of each product in order to find out any missing quantity or wrong product. |

Yes,our company is very pleased to send to you free sample for quality test as long as freight cost being paid by buyers themselves.
Q4. What's the payment terms?
For small testing orders,we accept Paypal,Western Union,T/T and credit Card.
For mass orders,we accept T/T and L/C.
Q5.How do you control the quality?
Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.
Q7.How long is your delivery time?
For normal production in 7-10days.For bulk order in 15-25days.
Q8.Warranty
One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to the different application for customers.
