Design Features
--Through modular design of aseptic diaphragm valves, nearly all possible configurations are workable
--Diaphragm valve consists of following parts.
--Actuator-manually operated or air-actuated. --Diaphragm--man-made rubber with all kinds of hardness. --Valve body--standard type is two-way valve, but can be other configuration. --Valve body can be offered according to several kinds of surface glossiness and the interface of dififerent pipe fittings.

Actuators
Diaphragm valves can be controlled by various types of actuators e.g. manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric etc. The most common diaphragm valves use pneumatic actuators; in this type of valve, air pressure is applied through a pilot valve into the actuator which in turn raises the diaphragm and opens the valve. This type of valve is one of the more common valves used in operations where valve speed is a necessity. Hydraulic diaphragm valves also exist for higher pressure and lower speed operations. Many diaphragm valves are also controlled manually.

The diaphragm is connected to a compressor by a stud molded into the diaphragm. To start or increase flow the compressor is moved up by the valve stem. To stop or slow flow, the compressor is lowered and the diaphragm is pressed against the bottom of the valve. Diaphragm valves are excellent for controlling the flow of fluids containing suspended solids and offer the flexibility of being installed in any position. Weir-type diaphragm valves are better at throttling than straight though diaphragm valves because the design's large shutoff area along the seat gives it the characteristics of a quick-opening valve. The diaphragm acts as the gasket of the valve to seal against leaks between the body and bonnet cap.
Flow
Generally, diaphragm valves have an inherent, equal-percentage characteristic. This tends to move toward linear when the valve is installed.

We only have 304 and 316L two different material.100% inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%, then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
