Magnetic Liquid Traps are designed to remove ferrous tramp metal contamination from liquid processing and conveying lines. To provide continuous and dependable magnetic protection in non-fibrous fluids, the design of this trap forces liquids through a tightly spaced grid of magnetic cartridges, ensuring close contact between the product and the magnetic field. They provide dependable protection against tramp iron contamination. These traps come equipped with powerful high-energy and high-temperature neodymium magnets to capture challenging types of debris, such as work-hardened 300 series stainless steel fragments.
Metal-detectable gaskets and grommets are standard features in housing of magnetic liquid traps. Cartridge style liquid traps feature a quick release clamp.

Details:
Magnetic Bar separator is used for separating ferrous contaminants from free flowing material. All the ferrous particles like bolts, nuts, chips, damaging tramp iron can be caught and held effectively. So it provides a good solution of material magnetic separation and equipment protection.They are usually constructed of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel tubes for special domains filled with Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnet.
Either round or square shape bars are available for customers' special application. Our standard bars is 25mm( 1 inch) in diameter and any length as per customers' request up to 2500mm. Besides, we also take special orders, such as square shape magnetic bars.

Magnetic filter is composed of the filter body and the magnet bars in the center. Magnetic filter is designed to remove ferrous contamination from different viscosity level liquid. Magnetic filter could be used in food, beverage, industries with a Tri-clamp sanitary design.
Magnetic filter is an ideal magnetic system for preserving product purity by removing small contaminants and providing magnetic protection for processing equipments of liquid lines.

1.Magnetic liquid traps are also known as magnetic liquid filter. It can be used to remove iron contained and other ferromagnetic particles in fluid or semi-fluid material. Thus, cleanliness of material and equipment safety of following process can be ensured.

2.The magnetic field strength of the common type and easy clean type can reach 12000 and 8000 Gauss respectively.
3.The tube material can be selected from 304 and 316 stainless steel.

4.Magnetic components are easy to install, dismantle and clean.

5.The maximum working temperature of common products should be less than 80 degrees Celsius. 80 to 350 degrees Celsius can be customized.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
