Application
Rotary Spray Ball is used for cleaning of small and medium sized tanks in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical industry,etc., and cleaning the tank, tank, reaction kettle, mechanical equipment tank, etc

Rotary Spray Ball is an efficient replacement for traditional static spray balls as it uses low volumes of liquid at low pressure. The device, particularly well-suited to sanitary applications, can be used in tanks ranging from 5 m3 to 50 m3 (1,300 to 13,000 US gallons).

Working Principle
The flow of the cleaning media causes the head of rotary spray ball to rotate, with fan jets laying out a swirling pattern throughout the vessel. This generates a vibrating impact and cascading flow that covers all internal surfaces of the tank or reactor. The device's self-cleaning feature is achieved by directing the cleaning media through the rotating bearing track and onto the neck of the elongated head.

Q3.How do you control the quality?
Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.Weonly have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

Q4.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
