Anti-mixing separation is carried out for non-mixable media at the intersection of flow channels. In the closed position of the valve, there is a double seal between the two pipelines. The phenomenon of liquid leakage from one pipeline to the other can be completely ruled out. When the sealing part is damaged Yes, the leakage can be discharged to the outside through the leakage chamber of the valve. With a separate CIP connection, the washing liquid is supplied to the isolation chamber. The cleaning of the isolation chamber is independent of the position of the valve.

Action
The Aseptic mixproof valve separates two process lines from one another by a steam barrier chamber. The valve replaces a conventional aseptic manifold with 4 valves.
The steam valve and condensate valve are integrated into the valve. Valve seats can be lifted individually for cleaning purposes.

Working Principle:
Single/Double seat mix-proof valve is controled through compressed air.
The valve us a normally closed(NC) valve.
The single/double seat valve has two divided seals of valve disc.It has a interlinked cavity of leak between two seal at working.while it happen leaking,the product will inpour the cavity and flow away from exit.it will not caused pollution and mixing.the leaking cavity closed wguke the valve working.it is impossible to overflow for the products.so the products can be transported from one pipe to another.also the valve can be washing CIP.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
