Xusheng makes all kinds of stainless steel tank manway, manhole covers. Including pressure and non pressure manway, Round manway, square tank manway, and oval tank manhole. Size from 200mm up to 800mm. Material including 304 Stainless steel and 316 Stainless steel. We also accept customized manways.
Sanitary Manway is the manhole cover of tank which made of SS304 or SS316L, it make fast, convenient and easy entry and egress to the tank. Xusheng offers a full line tank manway for processing tank, including high pressure manway, circular manway, oval manway, square manway etc and assembling of sanitary gaskets, tri-clamps, unions etc. Sanitary tank manhole cover is widely applied to storage vessels in the industries of brewery, dairy, food, cosmetic, bio-pharmaceutical etc.

Q5. How do you control the quality?

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality,We control the

quality from begining to the end. We only have 304 and 316L two different material.100%

inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After

materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,

then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

 

Q6. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?

We are proud that we never let one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect,there is

some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the begining, so

we need less time for quality problem.If there is an quality problem,we take the

responsibility, customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility, we keep our

For normal production in 7-10 days.For bullk order in 15-25 days.

One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to
