Application:The valve is a sanitary constant pressure valve which can be used in food-processing, beverage, biopharmaceutical.
It has two kinds of keeping constant pressure:V type (inlet constant pressure); maintain constant pressure at the valve inlet.
Such desifn is specially applied at the back of heat-exchanger. It is used as safety valve.A type (outlet constant pressure);
maintain constant pressure at the outlet. Such design is used as the front of filling machine and bottle filling machine.

Sanitary CPM Constant Pressure Valve is used for maintain a constant pressure of inlet and outlet.CPMI-2 (constant pressure valve adjusts inlet) maintains constant pressure on the production line at the valve inlet. This type CPMI-2 is used for behind seperators, heat exchangers or relief valves. CPMO-2 (contant pressure valve adjusts outlet) can maintain constant pressure in the pipeline of the production process at the outlet of the valve. This type CPMO-2 is used for front of filling or filling machine.

Operatiing principles:
Constant pressure valve operated by compressed air, automatically run without sensor on piping system ot  other auxiliary instruments,
and only one compressed air pressure regulating valve that maintains perssure stability can be realized the normal work of the valve.
Diaphragm slice and valve rod can be fit to transport product an pressure changes to make a quick response, and the corresponding
change the valve stem position, in order to continue to keep the preset pressure vavle.

Constant pressure valve - V: inlet pressure constant , in conveying medium pressure higher than the set pressure under the condition of
the valve opens, the transmission medium pressure decreases flow has become, conveying medium pressure is insufficient valve closed.
Constant pressure valve - A: outlet pressure constant, when transmitting medium pressure is higher than the set perssure under the condition
of the valve will be closed, conveying medium pressure decreasees flow changes, conveying medium pressure is insufficient valve opens.

Sanitary CPM Constant Pressure Valve can be remotely controlled by compressed air. The diaphragm or plug system reponds immediately to any change in product pressure and changes position to maintain the preset pressure.
