Sanitary Air Relief Valve is the sanitary stainless steel valve, It's safety sesign make it prtect the equipment, So it installed in the returen circuit of discharge pressure, It's good for safety protect function in pipeline, Pump, device, storage tank. Extensiveloy use to food, beverage, dairy, Beer industry etc.

Working Principle

The valve controls the pressure by adjusting the spring. When the pressure in the tank is bigger than the valve setting pressure, the valve seat automatically turns on, the pressure in the equipment system is released, and the beer fermentation is effectively processed. The tank is no more in high pressure, which may cause danger. The pressure can be set according to the user's need. The valve has a glass, which can be filled with water. It can be seen when gas comes out. A spare pressure gauge can be available.

The valve is used in pressure vessel piping systems.Regulating container high pressure explosion-proof one-way exhaust valve protection function, when the pressure is higher than the set pressure can exhaust (standard 1 bar), whereas closed, pressure regulating lever in scale, the pressure on the scale adjustment, the valve is easy to use, accurate scale, at the same time can also meet the demand in all kinds of production technology.

A:Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

Q4.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?

A:We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.
