Xusheng's Single Bag filter adopts new filtration system.The metal basket inside the filter supports filter bag.The liquid flows in and out after the bag filtration.Theimpurities are trapped in the bag, After replacement of bag, it can work again.
Xusheng's Liquid Bag filter effectively removesdirt,pipe scale,and other cotaminants from process liquids such as water,beverage chemical and petroleum products.Bag filter can be used with the standard #1,#2,#3,#4 size bags or the standard perforated basket as a stainer. Mesh lined baskets are also available as an optional feature.Effective filtering area is rather big,achieving more efficient filtering result;It is more convenient and swift to change the filter bag,thus to lower operating cost, The adjustable height makes the filter applicable to different occasions,

1.The bag filter has large flow rate capacity, small volume and dirt holding capacity.

Q4. What's the payment terms?
For small testing orders, we accept Paypal, Western Union, T / T and credit Card.
For mass orders, we accept T/T and L/C.
Q5. How do you control the quality?
Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality,We control the
quality from begining to the end. We only have 304 and 316L two different material.100%
inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After
materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,
then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are proud that we never let one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect,there is
some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the begining, so
we need less time for quality problem.If there is an quality problem,we take the
responsibility, customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility, we keep our
customers with us.
Q7. How long is your delivery time?
For normal production in 7-10 days.For bullk order in 15-25 days.
Q8. Warranty
One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to
the different application for customers.
