Sanitary Rotating Racking Arms Valve is an necessary part of any conical fermenter or tanks. Typically found in the bottom cone of a cylindroconical fermentation tank, the racking arm is rotated slowly downward drawing off clear liquid until the fine sediment of yeast beogins to trickle through.It is widely applied to many fileds,such as beer,beverage,dairy food,fruit juice,pharmacy,biological etc.

Operating Principles:

The racking arm is rotated slowly downward drawing off clear liquid until the fine sediment of yeast begins to trickle through.
Our bestseller is the 60 degree arm, but we have 90 degree racking arms available for smaller tanks where you can insert the elbow. 45degree,60degree,90degree,140degree etc are available.

All kinds of non-standard products are customized according to the requirements of customers. Products can  be traced back to the manufacturing and time of each process to ensure the quality of products.

Installation method
Stop leaving clean, perfectly good, beer in your conical fermenter and always drain from the perfect height with our tri-clover style rotating racking arm. Remove your existing tri-clamp valve and place this rotating racking arm between the tank and your valve. When it is time to rack off, slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built in handle to rotate to just about the trub level.
We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on the valve. In this manner you always know the racking arm is positioned in the fermenter.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
