Working Principle 

 

Sample valve:

· When Turn the hand wheel clockwise, the valve shaft and seal rise up. At this time, valve is open for sampling.When

  turn the hand wheel anti-clockwise, the valve shaft and seal go down, at that time, the valve is closed.

Yogurt sampling valve:

· The valve seat opens inside so that it can avoid opening by accident due to much pressure in the pipes.

· The valve is normally closed (through close of spring.) the valve is open as soon as pushing the handle with hand and closed when loosing up.

· The desigh of completely drainage water is to avoid remains inside the valves.

Sanitary sampling valve has two configurations:
Sanitary sampling valve adopts PTFE/EPDM seals and is operated by metal hand wheel. It is cost- effective and easy to operate.
Sanitary sampling valve adopts hard-metal seals and can be used for abrasive product sampling. It is operated by plastic hand wheel, and both angle and straight type structures as available.

Q5. How do you control the quality?

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality,We control the

quality from begining to the end. We only have 304 and 316L two different material.100%

inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After

materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,

then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

 

Q6. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?

We are proud that we never let one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect,there is

some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the begining, so

we need less time for quality problem.If there is an quality problem,we take the

responsibility, customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility, we keep our

For normal production in 7-10 days.For bullk order in 15-25 days.

One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to
