Xusheng(Sanicompass) 's sanitary butterfly valves, no matter manual or automatic or electric, which is widely used in food, beer, milk, dairy, pharmaceutical, biological, chemical industrial. Sanitary butterfly valves are made from stainless steel SS304 and SS316L. The available sizes includes of 1/2"- 6", DN15-DN150. Standard have SMS,DIN,3A,ISO,RJT and so on. Meanwhile, sanitary butterfly valves's connection have different types, such as weld, clamp, thread, flange, ect. Xusheng( Sanicompass) can produce sanitary butterfly valves as per customers' design drawing and requirement.

 

Working Principle

• Stainless steel sanitary butterfly valves can be opened automatically through actuator or manually with handle.

• The handle blocks hygienic butterfly valves in the " open " or " closed " postion, certainly there are the other postion available.

• The actuator push piston of axial movement into 90 degree so that it controls sanitation butterfly valves.

A:Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

Q4.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?

A:We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.
