Stainless Steel Three-Piece ISO Vacuum Flange Ball Valve

Vacuum ball valve refers to the working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure, forming a vacuum valve, which is used in the vacuum system to adjust the gas flow, cut and connect the pipeline components. Generally , it used to control the air and non-corrosive gas. 

Describe

High vacuum ball valve has high flow conductivity for turn on or cut off the vacuum airflow. The applicable media is air and non-corrosive gas. In order to get the control automatically, solenoid valve and position indicator are optional device.

These vacuum components and fittings are commonly used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. They are often called quick flange fittings because they are quick to assemble.

The goods can be customized according to customer's requirement.

All-inclusive tee design, no stranded high clean, meet the requirement of CIP and SIP sterilization and cleaning, and heat resistance of -40ºC~+150ºC, the highest pressure 0-10 bar.
Available with a variety of structures. such as electric pneumatic, stainless steel, horizontal vertical pneumatic, key manually handle can also be equipped with the control the unit, location, position sensor, and other compatible automatic control system.

inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After

materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,

then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
