Stainless Steel Sanitary Ball Valve, Diaphragm Valve, Check Valve, Butterfly Valve (JN-1006)

We provide extensive line of sanitary process valves. Including stainless steel sanitary valves includes sanitary butterfly valve, sanitary check valve, sanitary ball valve, sanitary diaphragm valve...And other sanitary valves. They are used to open or close or control the liquid flow. 
Our butterfly valves, check valve, sampling valve, diaphragm valves and plug valves are made from forging. 
Ball valves, CPM valve, safety valve and mixproof valves are made from casting. 
All of our sanitary valves are food grade. Inner Ra 0.5 to meet food requirement. Surface is smooth and elegant. 
Gaskets are FDA approved.
 
Options
1.The seat and gasket can be NBR (Nitrile), VMQ (Silicone) or Viton (FPM) all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600.
2. End connection can be butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line or others upon request.
3.Handle: 3-position pull handle; multi-position handle in either pure stainless steel or with plastic cover.
4.Actuator: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), electric actuator.
5.Control: position sensor, C-top controller, C-top controller (AS-I)

Design Features
1.Various standards can be provided: DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO / IDF, BS / RJT, and ASME / BPE.
2.Available in sizes from DN25 / 1" to DN300 / 12"
3.Multiposition handles can be used for valves up to DN100 / 4"; 
4.Pull handles can be used for valves from DN25 / 1" to DN300 / 12"
Manual handle, 
5.pneumatic actuator and electric actuator are interchangeable.
6.Seals comply with FDA 21CFR 177. 2600.
7.The valve body can be customized with a wide selection of different connections.

Q5.How do you control the quality?

   Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

 

Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?

   We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.

   One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to the different application for customers.
