Duplex bag filter housing were consisted of two Top Flow bag filter housings fitted together at the inlet and outlet by either a butterfly or ball valve assembly. The valves were connected together by a retun handle so as to operate easily from one bag houisng to to other bag filter housing. The filtration process can flow continously during bag chang-out.

This equipment is Used to Filter Various solid or colloids in the liquid as raditional Chinese medicine,Western Medicint,Fruit,juice,syrup,milk and beverage etc.Two filter can be changed over,The filter screen can be cleaned without stopping.

The sanitary filter barrel is all made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. Each filter is strictly selected and carefully manufactured to ensure a streamlined design without cracks, with a good surface and maximum corrosion resistance. In order to achieve the quality standard of preventing bacterial contamination, the unique structure of the sanitary filter sleeve makes the inner and outer surfaces of each sleeve have no dead corners, can be completely removed and washed, and is easy to operate.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality,We control the

quality from begining to the end. We only have 304 and 316L two different material.100%

inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After

materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,

then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
