Xusheng Stainless Steel Pneumatic Vacuum Butterfly Valve

Vacuum butterfly valve refers to the working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure, forming a vacuum valve, which is used in the vacuum system to adjust the gas flow, cut and connect the pipeline components. Generally , it used to control the air and non-corrosive gas. Pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve plate adopts clamping structure, that is to say, the sealing ring of the valve plate is clamped, and the leakage is zero. It can be used in low pressure as well as vacuum. The pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve takes the compressed air as the power. The management management butterfly plate rotates to make the opening and closing movement, thus achieves to the pipeline airflow on or off, divides into the double action and the single action. The single action has the spring reset function, may automatically reset in the fault.

Describe

High vacuum butterfly valve has high flow conductivity for turn on or cut off the vacuum airflow. The applicable media is air and non-corrosive gas. In order to get the control automatically, solenoid valve and position indicator are optional device.

These vacuum components and fittings are commonly used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. They are often called quick flange fittings because they are quick to assemble.

The opening and closing part of vacuum butterfly valve is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, which rotates around its own axis in the valve body, so as to open and close or adjust the valve called butterfly valve. The vacuum butterfly valve is generally less than 90deg when it is fully opened or fully closed.

Features:

1. The bearing adopts self-lubricating bearing with low friction resistance.
2. Replace the disc sealing ring without removing the valve from the pipeline.
3. The valve can cut off the medium in both directions to achieve reliable sealing and non- leakage in both directions.
4. The shaft seal adopts the special structure of automatic compensation to cut off the connection between the external atmosphere and the pipeline, so as to ensure the vacuum degree of the pipeline.

then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
