SS304 Sanitary Stainless Steel Cleaner Tank Spray Nozzle
Sanitary a fixed spray head that uses cleaning media to provide coverage and impact. The device represents an effective alternative to traditional static spray balls because it uses low volumes of cleaning fluid at low pressure. The double ball bearing in the rotating head makes the device suitable for all industrial cleaning applications, including tanks, reactors, vessels and other containers ranging from 0.1 m3 to 10m3 (27 - 2,700 US gallons), depending on dimensions and cleaning task
Working principle:
The flow of the cleaning media causes the head to rotate, and the fan-shaped jets lay out a swirling pattern throughout the tank or reactor. This generates the impact needed for the efficient removal of residual product; the cascading flow covers all internal surfaces of the vessel. I was designed to be installed in any given angle.

The Application of product
The sanitary cleaning ball is mainly used in tank equipment in the fields of food processing, beverage, beer and pharmaceutical industries, and powerfully clean the inside of the tank. Remove all materials gathered on the tank wall to ensure the sterility of the tank. Then, economical cleaning methods should be used in the shortest possible time. For this reason, the cleaning balls are divided into rotating cleaning balls, fixed cleaning balls, and rotating cleaning devices.

Yes, Mill test certificate is very important for the food processing machines.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.If you need inspection report,we will send you in excel file to show real photo.
We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10%for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100%of the materials.
Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
