Design and Features
Powder Butterfly Valve designed to regulate or isolate the powder flow by rotating a disc inside the valve body, sealing using the air compression principle. It designed for use in all types of powder, granular.
The butterfly valve has the characteristics that a standard butterfly valve does not have, such as ultra-small torque, seal opening and closing does not produce excessive friction, long life, No seal powder shedding, ultra-short valve body, and adjustable pressure. The valve does not require professional tools to be disassembled, maintained, or cleaned, is safe, reliable, low cost, simple to operate, and can be interchanged manually, pneumatically, or electrically.
Actuators to reach automatic operation: pneumatic stainless steel actuator (vertical type), pneumatic aluminum actuator (horizontal type), and electric actuator.
NC operated: normally closed (fail closed)-air to open, spring to close
NO operated: normally open (fail open)-air to close, spring to open
AA operated: double-acting-air to open, air to close
Valve intelligent control: position sensor, C-top controller, C-top controller (AS-I)
Standards: DIN, SMS, ISO / IDF, BS / RJT, and ASME / BPE

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality,We control the
quality from begining to the end. We only have 304 and 316L two different material.100%
inspection on raw material.During production, different materials in different place. After
materials are finished, we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,
then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are proud that we never let one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect,there is
some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the begining, so
we need less time for quality problem.If there is an quality problem,we take the
responsibility, customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility, we keep our

For normal production in 7-10 days.For bullk order in 15-25 days.

One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to
