Applications:
The sanitary cleaning ball is mainly used in tank equipment in the fields of food processing, beverage, beer and pharmaceutical industries, and powerfully clean the inside of the tank. Remove all materials gathered on the tank wall to ensure the sterility of the tank. Then, economical cleaning methods should be used in the shortest possible time. For this reason, the cleaning balls are divided into rotating cleaning balls, fixed cleaning balls, and rotating cleaning devices.
Work Princple:
Horn Type Rotary Spray ball: It has dual rotating nozzles that can spray multiple positions on the tank. Therefore, it is often used under high pressure and strong water flow for cleaning. The nozzle type is used in the rotating head, which makes this type of cleaning ball series suitable for all sanitary and industrial cleaning applications, including cleaning tasks for all sanitary and industrial supplies such as storage tanks, reactors and containers.
Working principle: The cleaning fluid rotates the cleaning ball nozzle 360° through pressure, and the jet will strongly impact the entire storage tank, thereby effectively removing the residual products on the surface of the container and achieving a cleaning effect.
Rotary Spray ball: It is an excellent cleaning ball with an oval or round ball shape and a flat groove shape. It uses detergent to clean the tank. Because this equipment uses less washing liquid under low pressure, and is compact and beautiful, it is easy to install. Therefore, it is an effective alternative to the traditional fixed spray ball.
Working principle: The cleaning ball nozzle is rotated by the power of the liquid. The rotation of the ball can clean all parts of the tank under the action of pressure, forming a fan-shaped jet and forming a vortex in the entire tank, thereby effectively removing the remaining The residual product on the surface of the container achieves a cleaning effect.
Fixed Spray ball: It is a kind of ball with a circular shape and a small hole in the spray port. It is a fixed spray ball used to clean storage tanks in the food and beverage industry.
Working principle: Fixed cleaning ball: The cleaning ball passes through the nozzle small opening of the cleaning ball to form a jet that sprays around, thereby removing the residual product left on the surface of the container to achieve a cleaning effect.

We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10%for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100%of the materials.
