Describe

High vacuum butterfly valve has high flow conductivity for turn on or cut off the vacuum airflow. The applicable media is air and non-corrosive gas. In order to get the control automatically, solenoid valve and position indicator are optional device.

These vacuum components and fittings are commonly used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. They are often called quick flange fittings because they are quick to assemble.

The opening and closing part of vacuum butterfly valve is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, which rotates around its own axis in the valve body, so as to open and close or adjust the valve called butterfly valve. The vacuum butterfly valve is generally less than 90deg when it is fully opened or fully closed.

The goods can be customized according to customer's requirement.

Features:

1. The bearing adopts self-lubricating bearing with low friction resistance.
2. Replace the disc sealing ring without removing the valve from the pipeline.
3. The valve can cut off the medium in both directions to achieve reliable sealing and non- leakage in both directions.
4. The shaft seal adopts the special structure of automatic compensation to cut off the connection between the external atmosphere and the pipeline, so as to ensure the vacuum degree of the pipeline.

We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10%for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100%of the materials.
