Sanitary tube heat exchanger,designed for high cleanliness requirements, meets the high cleanliness requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, usually used in injection water point cooling, modular integration, process cooling or heating, etc. Sanitary tube plate heat exchanger refers to a tube and shell heat exchanger where the tube sheets at both ends of the tube bundle are fixedly connected to the shell by welding. After welding the tube plate and shell, it can also be used as a flange and connected to the pipe box flange with bolts.

 

Working Principle

The material flows inside tube, the cold and hot medium flows inside shell, and the material and the cold and hot medium carry on the high efficiency heat exchange through the compact arrangement tube bundle to meet the technological temperature requirement. Because the heat exchanger adopts the double tube plate /Shell & Tube design, the bidirectional cross-contamination between the material and the cold and hot medium is completely eliminated.

Structural Principles

In the tube side and shell side of a fixed tube sheet heat exchanger, fluids at different temperatures flow through and heat exchange is completed. When the temperature difference between the two fluids is large, a compensation ring (expansion joint) is usually added at an appropriate position on the shell side to avoid high temperature difference stress. When the thermal expansion of the shell and tube bundle is different, the compensation ring undergoes slow elastic deformation to compensate for the thermal expansion caused by temperature difference stress.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
