Introduce
The GID electric high vacuum butterfly valve adopts a rotary electric and electronic regulating valve driving device. It can be controlled to open, close, or intermediate position of the valve through external power switching (manually operated by a rotary switch or computer control) or external input signals, thereby achieving the purpose of connecting or cutting off the airflow in the vacuum pipeline

Advantage

3. By using an electromagnetic directional valve to change the direction of the air path, control the execution cylinder to drive the butterfly valve for opening and closing movement.

Structural Characteristics 
This butterfly valve is designed and manufactured using a new structural form of welded centerline disc plate and short structural steel plate. It has a compact structure, light weight, easy installation, low flow resistance, and large flow capacity, avoiding the influence of high temperature expansion, and is easy to operate. No connecting rods, bolts, etc. inside the body, reliable operation, and long service life. Can be installed at multiple workstations, unaffected by medium flow direction

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.Weonly have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
