JJseries homogenizers are the homogenizing and emulsifying devices for liquid fixed material (liquid-liquid or liquid-solid). This equipment can be used widely in production, research and technical development of food, milk extract, drink, pharmacy, fine chemical, biotechnology and other fields. Many kinds of material such as milk or bean milk can be homogenized under high pressure to considerably thin the fat balls in the milk liquid, which makes the products be easy to be digested and absorbed, and improve the edibleness. This equipment can be used in the production of ice cream to improve the thinness and fraction void of liquid material. The material liquid will be dried into powder by spray drying devices after thinning by homogenizers, so that homogenizers are main devices in powder production.

Structure Principle and Features

The machine consists of container component, pump component, homogenizing component, pressure display and other components.

Motor, through triangular belt, transmission shaft and connecting bar and slider, drives piston to make reciprocating motions.
The liquid material is continuously absorbed in and pressed out from the pump, so that it withstands strong pressure and be effectively thinned and fixed under comprehensive function of the strong press, impact, decompression and expansion.
The machine has new structure and simple operation method, it is easy to repair and maintain, featuring safety and reliability.



 

Operation
1). Chick that if all the fasteners and joints of pipelines are fasten and reliable before operation.
2). Fill clean machine oil into power case, make the oil reaches the oil line. HJ40 machine oil is used in common occasion, and HJ50 machine oil is used in high temperature.
3). Check the rotation direction of the belt pulley. It should run along the arrow direction, and the reverse run is strictly prohibited.
4). Turn the regulating handle to "Loosen" position.
5). Turn on the cooling water.

6). Regulate the pressure to the requested pressure step by step after starting up to avoid pressure impact by sharp change of the pressure. The material liquid produced in the starting up period should be withdrawn to the material tank, and be sent out when the pressure is stable.

Precautions
1). The lubing of this machine adopts splash. The machine oil should be filtered with 100# filter net before being filled to guarantee its cleanness.
2). The oil should be replaced after the first 100 working hours of the machine; then the oil should be replaced every 1000 hours. HJ40 machine oil is used in common occasions, HJ30 machine oil is used in low temperature occasions and HJ50 machine oil is used in high temperature occasions.
3). The working pressure should not exceed rated pressure during load run.
4). The flow quantity of the cooling water for plunger should keep the outlet water a thin line.
5). It is prohibited to run the machine without cooling water and material liquid.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.Weonly have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
