Sanitary Grade SMS AISI316L Stainless Steel Tri Clamp SGM Sterile Sampling Valve With PTFE Hands

Sanitary sampling valves used for sampling from tanks or piping systems under aseptic conditions, and require sterilization before and after each sampling. No dead ends, complete sterilization, continuous and sterile sampling can be performed at any time. So widely used in food, wine, beverage, dairy products, toothpaste cosmetics, biopharmaceutical and other industries.

 

Our valve is used to obtain media samples in pipelines or equipment. In many occasions where chemical analysis of media samples is often required, special sanitary sampling valves are often used. The sampling valve consists of three parts, the valve body, valve head and sealing ring. The rubber sealing ring is placed on the valve stem to make it telescopic. The valve body and valve head can be replaced with each other.

Working Principle

When Turn the hand wheel clockwise, the valve shaft and seal rise up. At this time, valve is open for sampling.When turn the hand wheel anti-clockwise, the valve shaft and seal go down, at that time, the valve is closed.

Available steam or alcohol for fisintection of the oringinal.

Use the diaphragm to seal the material.

It is typical sampling and good repeatability to sample. 

Use this type valve, secondary pollution can be prevented, can be used as a large number of sampling or mirco-sampling.

A:Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

Q4.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
