Rotating racking arms are an integral part of any fermentation system involving conical fermenters or brite tanks. Typically found in the bottom cone of a cylindroconical fermentation tank.Ordinarily the arm is installed in the bottom cone of the tank and is rotated gradually downward to pull out clear liquid until the yeast residue starts to seep through. Widely used in beer,Wine,dairy industries.

Racking Arm and Sample Valve has been designed to eliminate beer contact with threaded fittings. The path the beer takes in and out of the racking arm and valve is very smooth, reducing the places that dried beer and yeast can hide and contaminate your beer.It also has a positioning arm that lets you know at what angle the racking arm is inside the conical.

A:Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
