Working principle
The angle seat valve maintains the flow rate to save space. It uses a single-acting pneumatic actuator with spring safety to operate the steering angle seat valve. When used, it should be normally open or normally closed.The product is made of stainless steel . It can be used in most gases, liquids, steam and corrosive applications. It has a radiator to protect the actuator. It ensures a long life of the valve.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.Weonly have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

Q4.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
