This valve is in the form of an electric pneumatic regulating valve, used in automation control systems. The three-way regulating valve is designed to meet the needs of two different working conditions. It is used in a widely range of fields such as alcohol, pharmaceuticals, food, and water treatment.
 

 

Working Principle
By providing a 4-20mA signal to control the valve opening percentage, the three-way regulating valve is designed to meet the needs of two different working conditions. It can be divided into two ways, three-way shunt and three-way confluence. A three-way diverter valve divides a fluid into two different flow rates. The three-way combined flow regulating valve is used to mix two fluids into one fluid, or to mix two fluids at different temperatures into the target temperature fluid

A:Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

Q4.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
