Sanitation SMS 1.5inch AISI304 Stainless Steel Plastic Pneumatic Flanged 3-way Angle Seat Valve
Pneumatic angle seat valves can save space by maintaining the flow rate. It uses a single acting pneumatic actuator with spring safety protection to operate the guide angle seat valve. When using it, it should choose to be normally open or normally closed. It is widely used in automation industry control fluid, foodstuff dairy industry, domestic water, common pipeline fluid medium and so on.

Pneumatic angle seat valves are widely used for short and frequent starts, with the characteristics of sensitive response and accurate action. When used in conjunction with electromagnetic valves, pneumatic control can accurately control the flow of gas and liquid. It can achieve accurate temperature control and liquid dripping requirements. The damp heat sterilization cabinet should use corner seat valves to control the amount of steam and accurately control the temperature.

Working principle
In non working conditions, due to spring force, the valve is usually closed (open). When the actuator piston is compressed by gas, the valve opens (closes). The double acting form relies on compressed gas to control the valve switch 
Single acting ( the pneumatic head usually a hole); working principle: to reach the open and close function according to spring reset, normally it divide into open and close.
Double acting ( the pneumatic head usually two holes); working principle: give the air to control switch. (it can choose double function and spring-return, control precisely according to customer's requirement.)

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
