Strainer Filter
Filter is used to prevent the solid particles from media mixed into the follow-up pipeline facilities.The larger solid particles or impurities will remaining in it after the media is put into proper filter core,as it can reach the request.When surrounding pressure of the filter exceeds demand,or when the filter core is damaged,you can remove the filter,clean or change new filter core,and re-install it.

Steam Gas Filter Housing
Our steam air filter housing is same design as Parker's or Donaldson's Stainless Steel steam air filter housing is designed to help remove both moisture and solid particles, such as pipe scale and rust from the steam supply. It is a stainless steel unit with a removable sintered austenitic stainless steel element. The body closure could be Tri clamp, Union nuts. And flange. All are easy of maintenance. The main use of the steam filter housing is to clean up factory or plant steam to reduce levels of contamination, such as boiler feed chemicals carried over from the boiler off take, so that the end products not adversely affected. Stainless Steel Filter Housing Description:
Stainless Steel Filter Housing made of SUS316L or SUS304, and take filter cartridge as its element. The stainless steel filter housing can be used for filtration of liquid, gas and 0.1um above particles and bacteria, with high removal rating and flow rate. It possess properties of lower absorption, no medium shedding, no leakage, acid and alkali Resistance, and corrosion resistance. In addition, it is easy to wash and function as back flush, and is ideal filtration equipment for the industry of biology & pharmacy, beer & beverage, textile, power plant, chemical, and water treatment etc.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
